Terms of Use

These terms apply to the website grotdcommerce.com and to the iOS apps published by GROTD Commerce LLC ("we", "us"), currently Carebud. By using them you agree to these terms. For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. Using our apps

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control. Please do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the apps or our servers.

2. Not medical advice

Carebud is a planning and habit tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or replace care for ADHD or any other condition. If you need medical or psychological support, please talk to a qualified professional.

3. Subscriptions and free trials

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before. We remind you before the trial ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone settings under your Apple ID, Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. AI features

Some features use AI to suggest tasks and plans. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Please check suggestions before relying on them. Do not enter information you would not want processed by the AI service described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your content

What you enter in our apps stays yours. You give us only the rights we need to run the features you use.

6. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep our apps running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may update, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue an app with an active subscription, we will tell you in advance.

7. Liability

Our apps and website are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, GROTD Commerce LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights in your country.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
