Carebud
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Carebud and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current period.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID you used to buy.
I bought a subscription but the app does not show it.
Open Carebud, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.
Will my trial end without warning?
No. We remind you before your free trial ends, so you can decide in peace.
Where is my data stored and how do I delete it?
Your routines and your pet are stored on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes this data. For anything else, email us and we will delete it. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Is Carebud a treatment for ADHD?
No. Carebud is a planning and habit tool that makes daily routines easier. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional care.
